Ingredients
Banana, oats, maple syrup and eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other)
- 3 eggs
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
In a blender, pour in almond milk, eggs, banana, maple syrup, vanilla, rolled oats, baking powder, and salt
Blend until smooth
Heat skillet over medium heat
Once warmed, place a little coconut oil or butter in skillet
Pour batter into skillet in circles
Cook ~2 minutes on one side (or until bubbles form) then flip and cook 1-2 minutes
Drizzle with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or applesauce
